When to book the wedding?

Although we are able to hande all bookings made at least 8 weeks before the wedding date, we recommend to book your wedding 6 to 12 months in advance to have enough time for required paperwork and adjusting all details in your wedding plan. (Please note that for last minute weddings booked less then 3 month before the wedding date we are obliged to charge you a supplement of 120EUR for quicker processing of your pre-wedding documentation.)

What is the booking procedure?

Fill the booking form on our Contact page. Your wedding coordinator will contact you back with a confirmation of your booking with exact wedding date and time. Together you will be asked for a payment of a deposit of 300 EUR to secure the booking.

For all wedding arrangements except the Basic wedding package we will ask you for the second deposit in amount of 700 EUR four months before the wedding. The balance will be due two months before your arrival.

Your wedding coordinator will stay in touch with you all the time to finalize all details of the booking and formalities with you before your arrival to Prague. At every stage of the booking you will know exactly which services have been booked for you already together with their prices and a total cost of your booking.

What is included in the price?

Price includes all listed services, VAT and all other taxes applicable in the Czech republic. There are no hidden costs and you will be constantly informed about the actual price of your booking. We guarantee that once confirmed price for each service won´t change during the period between booking date and your wedding date.

What documentation do we need?

Documentation required from your home country varies according to your nationality and a country of your residence. Your wedding coordinator will give you a list of which documents exactly are required with instructions where and when to apply for them. (Please note that fees for getting the required documents in your home country and courier fee/postage to send them to the Czech republic are not included in the price of your wedding arrangement)

What is the cancelation policy?

1) If you cancel the whole wedding:

a) more then 2 months prior to your wedding date but before processing of your wedding documentation - 300EUR

b) less then 2 months prior to your wedding date or after processing of your wedding documentation - 1000EUR

2) If you cancel only a single service in your wedding arrangement:

a) more then 15 days prior to your wedding date - free of charge unless specified differently in your wedding confirmation

b) 15 days to 5 days prior to your wedding date - cancellation fee - 50% of the cost of cancelled service

c) less then 5 days prior to your wedding date cancellation fee - 100% of the cost of cancelled service

How long before our wedding date should we arrive to Prague?

You have to be in Prague at least 3 working days before the wedding date to be able to finish all the official formalities required in the Czech republic before the wedding. Your wedding coordinator will be personally present to assist you with everything.
